At Portador Clothing, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.

Overview

Our Refund & Returns Policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please do not send your purchase directly back without contacting our support team first.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Used or washed clothing
  • Products without original tags
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products returned with missing packaging
  • Items showing signs of use
  • Damaged items not caused by our error
  • Products returned after the eligible return period

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:

  • UPI transfer
  • Bank transfer

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank
  3. Wait a few business days for processing

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products may be eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are generally non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The product is damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Size issue (subject to availability)

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Gifts

If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for eligible returns.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund may be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, contact our support team first for return instructions.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Manufacturing defect exists

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
